Nothing much to expand right now, a good solution for the problems would start by kicking out several high paid players who don't really seem to be bugged with making an effort to the team anymore. For the last 2 years the youth club won two championship titles, so it's not like you don't have an adequate replacements. Too bad they aren't given enough chances...
