At the end it could be Huntelaar...

No one seems to talk about him but he could be a perfect choice for pep...i wouldnt mind him at all...

Together with Benzema and Gomez (maybe adebayor) he seems the best choice

I dont get it why you are so against Adebayor...
This guy is just at the beginning of his career and is already banging in goals at the highest level...

There is no player out there who is physical as strong as adebayor AND he is technically very gifted...I think it would work out very vell with Adebayor upfront and messi and hleb/henry roaming around him...

He is a real tank and unlike a lot of people i think he could do a good job...i dont get it why so much arsenal fans are against him (maybe he misses much sitter, ok, but etoo did the same when he joined us..)

Instead of being a fanboy maybe you should try and open your eyes and see that they are all (including Pep) leading the club to catastrophe. Signing Geovanni and Rochemback kind of players won't do us any good. But you can stay positive and blindly trust whatever they do, with no sense of judgment and critical thought.

Why people always judge player before the kicked a single ball at the nou camp?

Remember: When we bought Ronaldinho, he was a lazy diva at paris saint german...etoo was a hot prospect but he missed a lot of sitters too...

Let them play and judge them after the season...i am sure that adebayor would do very well with barca - he simply has everything to be a great striker...

Huntelaar´s achievement is topscorer in the erdivise...he is a great striker, but he is at the moment not in the same class as adebayor...

We all know that Samu is the greatest striker out there, but Pep wants a total clearout and therefore he wants to sell him...

I understand him, you cant start a rebuilding with the "heads" of the old team...

Ramallets:
Adebayor offers much more than "killerinstict"...And anyway, i find it a bit unfair to talk about a man who scored 30 goals last season as he is so bad...
If we want a clinical finisher we must go for Trezeguet - no one matches him in this aspect...

If we want a striker who offers more than goals, who creates spaces for the others, who fights until the end than adebayor is a good solution...

Sure he does that, but that's another question. Still, I don't believe in investing €30m for a player who's best characteristics i to create spaces for others. We once signed Larsson for free that did same. We should be able to find a cheeper option once again.
He scored 30 goals too and he has so much space to improve...
I think Ade would be a good player for us...

Theres quite a few strikers better than Adebayor though. Eto´o, Ruud, Drogba, Villa, Fernando Torres, Maxi Lopez, Van Persie, Luca Toni, Aguero, Rooney, Ibrahimovic, Tevez.
i dont get it where Drogba, Van Persie, Luca Toni, Rooney, Tevez are better...Adebayor scored more goal then them (apart from toni), is physical better, he is everywhere better then tem...
This guy scored 24 goals in the league...its not so bad...

Why is everyone so impressed by Tevez? How many goals has he scored for manu...

Adebayor: I'm staying at Arsenal next season

Updated: June 27, 2008, 12:57 PM UK

Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor has said he is staying at the club, despite interest from AC Milan. The Togo frontman had been linked with a move this summer, but has confirmed his intention to stay in London.

On Thursday Adebayor's agent said there was a '70 to 80 percent chance' that the player would swap the Emirates Stadium for the San Siro.

However, the 24-year-old said Arsenal were like 'a family' to him and he was keen to help them win their first major silverware since the 2005 FA Cup.

Thank God
I wonder where this came from...
Adebayor is at the moment in austria...

at 13:00 there will be a press conference with him, but i doubt that he talks here about arsenal...
