I arrived 5 minutes late and had already missed Heskey's goal. After 20 minutes of the second half meself and me mates left out of boredom and went for a beer (score still 1-0). We missed the 5 goals scored in the last 25 minutes!. Ah well the sun was out and there was a healthy crowd of 36,000 so not a bad day out. Kippe started for LFC and Traore also started. Fowler still does not look fit. Curiously Westerveld had a dodgey day.
Hey Badge ............LOL
You missed the only good bit the last 10-15 minutes .The rest as you say was poor.
Good turnout for the two boys and £250k richer today .
The athmosphere was terrible too ,
much too quiet.......it was like being up the Pheno with your mates watching a Saturday league match athmosphere.
Which pub did you go to ?
the 51 on Haddington Rd. few beers in the evening sun. A few bemused tourists downtown afterwards, looking at all the footy fans scooping beers out on the streets in a sunday evening. Must have been yanks I guess. Best cheer of the day was for the loo-lah who dropped his bags in front of the north terrace at half time.
Did you know that if you search ''champions of europe'' on google you will see the great Liverpool?
^ tomorrow is the first match against Tranmere Rovers.
Deo, Shemy, K5-Hitman, James Hillman, Fowler9, Kopite, FootballFocus, Armenia NT, Rafa, Kajoo, and even you Alter-Ego... You guys still around? Are you still a fan of LFC?
Sorry if I forgot you.
I remember I used to post here during the "Slip" season.
This team has come a long way...
