Mario Stanic says he has had no approach from Parma, following reports the Serie A side were keen to take him back to the Ennio Tardini Stadium.
The Croatia international joined Chelsea from Parma in the summer of 2000 for £5.6million.
It had been suggested that Parma were showing an interest in the 30-year-old, but Stanic said: "I've heard these reports but have not had any approach from Parma.
"At the moment I'm getting ready to play for Croatia in the World Cup."
Meanwhile, The Blues have once more been linked to Real Madrid's right-sided ace Geremi.
The versatile Cameroon international, who can play in midfield or at right-back, was said to be the subject of interest from Chelsea last year. However, reports suggested that the amount The Blues were ready to pay for the 23-year-old fell short of that sought by the Champions League finalists.
