Hearts have had a crap season but amazingly they are now closing in on the top 6. Apart from the Old Firm the other sides above them are now catchable and Hearts are hitting some form. It seems strange then that just as they start to get some form they decide to sell arguably their best forward to Viking. It's something Hearts seem to do under the Ramanov regime.

Rangers will have to pick their game up and have to be on their top form for this one. Usually a point from Tynecastle would be good but taking all 3 will be extremely difficult. They pumped us 4:2 there earlier in the season and that had as much to do with us being mediocre as them being good. I expect Walter to go back to 4-5-1 again but hopefully he will not repeat his mistake of putting Faye in midfield again.

I fully expect the green and grey to take all 3 points with ease agaisnt a Caley side who are poor on the road. They will see this as an opportunity to close the gap if Hearts can do them a favout. With difficult games to follow I feel we need to get off to a winning start here. If Heats play the way they can then even at our best we'll find it hard. Let's hope they don't or at least our guys turn up this time.

That is a big bonus and I really cannot understand what Hearts are playing at. He's scored against both the old firm this season and always looks a threat. I'm very surprised noone else in the SPL coughed up cash for him- unless he wanted out of Scotland. I think outside of the Old Firm he was the best striker in the league.

I'm glad he's not playing tomorrow. Nade gave us problems last time but hopefully we can get on top of that tomorrow. My main concern is Driver on the wing. If he gets the beating of whoever we have at full back then we could be in trouble.

Very crucial game as i feel it will tell us whether the players have the bottle for winning the league or not. Frankly if we lose then i dont see us winning it despite still being in front.
I agree to some extent. From our point of view definitely that is the case but I'm not so sure about Celtic's bottle. I'm not saying they don't have it but this group of players, like Rangers, have never been involved in a title fight. The stronger mentally will come out on top possibly but I still think regardless of what happens elsewhere the old firm games will have the biggest say on who lifts the title.

Tonight though is the start of a difficult set of fixtures so we can't really afford to start off with a bad performance and result.

Apparently Hearts are missing most if not all their attacking options. This is the first game in ages I've been able to catch live.

I can't wait for the game and hope we win and I'd take a scrappy 1-0 right now as this will be a massive 3 points if we win.
Is that a prediction. I've been waiting with my bag of pennies all day. ;)

I think Driver is the main threat. If we can contain him then we should do fine. Mind you as Champions elect, and not to forget Vice Champions :D , we should be dictating the game even at Tynecastle. Hopefully our midfield can take the game by the scruff of the neck this time around.
