Didnt think he would be sacked anyway in the middle of the season, but yeah I still want him OUT for next season. Thats whats vital, getting someone that will take us to another level, and not just a passenger.

If they wanted to fire him before the summer, I would love that too, provided they get an adequate replacement. Though with the management that is also the main issue, with the players they sign, I would somehow doubt they will make amble enough choice in this matter.

In our case, Ranieri spefically said he did NOT want VDV and Xabi Alonso, two players that would have been easy to sign (VDV in particular would not been too costly), who wanted to come, wasnt really any obstacles except Ranieri NOT wanting them. He instead opted for meagre signings like Poulsen, Mellberg, Knezevic etc. He has leeway in improving our squad, and he has said often he has gotten players he asked for.

Nah, you missed his most retarded comment some month ago. He said he didnt want Xabi because he is too slow. That he wanted Poulsen because fullfills the needs he wanted to strenghten, while Xabi is "too slow". A reason that makes zero sense.

The funniest part is he wants strong defensive DM like Poulsen, he wants competent defensive capablity in the midfield. But he completely ignores that quality requirement for the ACTUAL defence. He gets players like Mellberg, Knezevic to "improve" us, and thinks Molinaro and Grygera are good enough, when they are one liabilities defensively.
