basically what the link above is saying is that vieira is joining real madrid for 30 million, shevy has requested to leave milan to go to real, but milan are delaying the deal till they sign montella from roma, who have bought morientes for £20 million....!!

While I don't normally believe much of what Galliani says, I really don't think that he'd sell Sheva. With Batistuta probably on the way out of Roma, who else would Capello have for a forward: Delvecchio? Haha! Montella and Capello do have a rift but I think it's more over playing time than anything else.

But this is the silly season after all when the number of games is shrinking and all we have to talk about is rapant speculation and World Cup team selections. :groan:

Well, I sure hope it is just one of those, "we've got time on our hands so let's write something" kind of rumours. It doesn't seem to make that much sense (but things don't always have to make sense), as a Montella-less Roma is kind of toothless (and Morientes is quite injury prone). And as good as Viera is, he doesn't really address Real's biggest weakness which is defense. And I thought Galliani said (swore) that Sheva was with us for life. I had chosen to beleive him... Sheva to real? Say it ain't so!

really,how much credents do you put in such things,funnily unlike Zidane,Sheva has stated so many bloodi times that he is happy to remain and achieve his goals with us,and why wouldn't he.Going to Real doesn't mean success is imminent,Valencia saw to that and so did Depor in the Coppa DR,spending money like that and selling off your history like Real has done has made them a less attractive option IMO,they have sold their soul.
