Yes, they do count!

Only Raul and Henry in the TOP10 did not score any goals in the qualifying stage and thats only because they never played there with their respective teams...

P.S. Sheva scored goals in the qualifying stage not only for Dynamo, but for Milan too... ;)

Some statisticians dont (at least they used to not), but now everywhere it says that Sheva is first with 52, followed by Raul with 51 and Di Stefano with 49...

Nope, you're wrong again...

Season 1994-1995: Dynamo Kyiv 1 goals (group)
Season 1995-1996: Dynamo Kyiv 2 goals (qualifying)
Season 1997-1998: Dynamo Kyiv 6 goals (1 qualifying, 5 group)
Season 1998-1999: Dynamo Kyiv 11 goals (3 qualifying, 3 group, 5 knock-out)
Season 1999-2000: Milan 1 goals (group)
Season 2000-2001: Milan 9 goals (4 qualifying, 5 group)
Season 2002-2003: Milan 4 goals (2 group, 2 knock-out)
Season 2003-2004: Milan 4 goals (1 group, 3 knock-out)
Season 2004-2005: Milan 6 goals (3 group, 3 knock-out)
Season 2005-2006: Milan 8 goals (6 group, 2 knock-out)

That makes it 52 goals!!!
