The thing is, Diana is a hard working midfielder who can cover his side well. If we would go with Gasbarroni in his place we would lose some balance and would be weaker defensively. I think it could work but to be safe it would be better to bring him or Rosina (depending on who starts) on in the second half for Diana if we need a goalIt is rumored that Gasba might start ahed of Rosina...surely it would be better if he took Diana's spot?
Definitely. This is part of the reason I don't like Novellino - he is so inflexible that he always plays conservative football even though there are many games this season when we've needed to kick it up a notch, so to speak.For Corini to replace Barone in that formation he would have to work very hard, as would Gasbarroni............well, everyone would have to work hard, and should work hard anyways, I would try it but we know Novellino wouldn't............
