Game of the Week: Juventus - Crotone (sunday 21st may 2017, 15:00) :star: :star: :star: :star:

The chances that Juventus will be leading 2-0 after twenty minutes are very high but the game will be hard-fought in those twenty minutes. The chairman of Crotone, Vrenna, obviously doesn't delude himself "we need a perfect performance because we face one of the best teams in the world". Juventus will miss Khedira, Rugani and Pjaca (all injured), back injury for Mandzukic, who is doubtful. Dybala will be in the starting lineup. Crotone could miss Trotta, but Nicola might keep him out anyway and field one more midfielder instead.

Other games:

Napoli - Fiorentina (saturday 20th may, 2017, 20:45) :star: :star: :star:

Napoli for the 2nd position vs Fiorentina for the EL spot (no one really wants). Napoli miss no one. Fiorentina miss Astori and Valero (both banned) while Badelj is doubtful. Rodriguez is back. Sousa could try the attacking duo Kalinic-Babacar, supported by Bernardeschi.

Chievo - Roma (saturday 20th, 2017, 18.00) :star: :star:

Two stars because the game is crucial just for Roma and Roma should win it comfortably (unless they decide to choke and give the scudetto to Juventus one day before). Chievo's holidays started two months ago. Dzeko and Strootman are back in the starting lineup of Roma.

Empoli - Atalanta and Genoa - Torino (both sunday 21st may 2017, 15.00) :star: :star:

I put these two games together because they are similar. Genoa and Empoli need points and a win would very likely mean being in serie A in 2017/2018 at the expense of Crotone. Their opponents have nothing to fight for. Atalanta should indeed defend the 5th position, but just need 1 point in the next 2 games if Milan win both games, and could attack the 4th position but I doubt they have a real chance at getting it anyway. Torino have been punished by Mihajlovic after the desastrous 0-5 inflicted by Napoli and must show improvements if they want to avoid another week of training sessions away from home.

Lazio - Inter (sunday 21st may 2017, 20.45) :star: :star:

Lazio must forget the Italian Cup final and seal the 4th position with a win on Inter. Inter's season is pretty much over, as their chance to get the EL spot is remote. Icardi might be ruled out by a thigh pain. Parolo might miss the game as well. Radu and Kondogbia are banned.

Milan - Bologna (sunday 21st may 2017, 15.00) :star: :star:

Milan for the EL spot (do they want it?), Bologna for the glory.

Udinese - Sampdoria and Sassuolo - Cagliari (sunday 21st may 2017, 15.00) :star:

It's time to plan the holidays in Formentera!

Pescara - Palermo (monday 22nd may 2017, 20.45) no star

LOL at this "Monday game"

Crotone will probably give juve a better fight in comparison to Lazio.

Juventus 2-0 at half time and the scudetto is in their hands.
It looks like the players of Torino will spend one more week training away from home while Genoa at half time is out of the relegation battle. Empoli are losing instead and would remain the one club in contention with Crotone.

Pretty sad game. May be some good bye song should have been played instead of the Serie A anthem.

That Lazio performance was something else...it was always going to take something special to lose to this Inter and we sure pulled that off in style.

I liked the banner for Totti by the Irriducibili, though. Respect.

You didn't lose deservedly. The 3-0 loss in Milano was worse as the ref had nothing to do with it unlike the Olimipico match.
