They can easily advance, Dynamo is not close to what it used to be.

Interesting to see that there are posters who are quite happy to shit all over our clubs in other sub forums but can't even then give them props when both qualify.

Same shit on twitter and certain 'journalists'. Obviously not a fan of Partizan but it's the attitude of these people that makes me happy that both sides qualified.

And both aren't without chance of going further.

It's embarrassing. Our people put our football down more than any clueless foreigner does. Obviously there is a lot to complain about when it comes to our football but there is no need to shit on it 24/7.

And when there are positives and good achievements made then they should be pointed out as well.

It's a big achievement to have two clubs in the Europa League. I think Belgrade is one of 7 cities with 2 or more clubs represented in Europe this season.

It definitely is a big achievement, but haters gonna hate. Imagine Serbia qualifies for the WC as well, ouch. :D

Yes, it'd be nice to see a good Derbi today and then 6 points for the NT (along with Austria vs Wales being a draw)...people might start liking football again?

Young Boys 1-1 Partizan

Only watched the second half, but based on that Partizan should have really gotten the 3 points here. Still, a draw away to your main competition for that second spot is not that bad.

Zoran Tosic doesn't even stand out in a Skenderbeg-Partizan game. If this guy gets called up, ****ing stab his midget ass!

Soumah with the biggest chance (hope they kept the receipt), after that Tosic his the crossbar with a freekick and Miletic had a chance with a header. All in the dying seconds of the game..

What a waste!

Polako ljudi. Previse brzo sudite. Tek je trecina prvenstva proslo.

In regards to both clubs in Europe... it's going to be difficult for both to qualify but it is still quite possible as the groups are very, very close.

Current standings:

1. Arsenal 9
2. BATE 4
3. Crvena Zvezda 4
4. FC Cologne 0

Zvezda's remaining games: Arsenal (A), BATE (A), FC Cologne (H)

1. Dinamo Kiev 7
2. Young Boys 3
3. Partizan 2
4. Skenderbeg 2

Partizan's remaining games: Skenderbeg (H), Young Boys (H), Dinamo Kiev (A)

Zvezda has to hope FC Cologne beats BATE at home and we have to hope that we can get a point at the Emirates. It's highly unlikely but if FC Cologne can at least win their next game we're looking at Arsenal 12, BATE 4, Zvezda 4 and FC Cologne 3. Then we're looking at this - if Zvezda win their two remaining games they're in the round of 32. The crucial game is FC Cologne - BATE. It has to end in either a win or draw. BATE cannot win. If they do end up winning in Cologne, it will be very difficult for us going to BATE with them knowing a win there gets them into the final 32.

Partizan's road meanwhile looks much easier on paper. They should beat the Albos at home if they want any part of the Round of 32. That's the type of game they should be winning. Then Young Boys comes to Belgrade and given they were a little unlucky to draw in Switzerland, with the right concentration, they should be able to win. If they win their next two games they're pretty much in the round of 32, unless Young Boys can surprise Kiev in the next game, which I doubt will happen. It really cannot be any easier... two games at home against average/solid opposition.

The only thing that should be mentioned is that Young Boys have been in great form since the Partizan match and find themselves first in the Swiss League, 5 points ahead of Basel.

6 points in our last two games will take us through no matter what happens in 10 days time.

It's far from guaranteed of course, if BATE were to lose in Germany though 4 points in our last two games 'should' be enough.

In the end it turns out 2 points from the last 2 games will more than likely be enough. :D

The thread that usually ends in August is still going strong and will at least make it to March this time around. So far we've gathered 5.375 points this season, which is our highest total since I can remember and there are still points to be gained. This total actually makes us the 11th most successful league in Europe this season and in comparison a top nation like Germany, with 6 active teams has a total of 6.142. :proud:

2 years ago Partizan had a great run and gathered quite a few points (4.250 in total for Serbia), so if we can have another 2 good seasons, we'll see an tremendous rise in the UEFA rankings.

Annoyingly the national coefficient doesn’t count towards the club coefficients as of next season.

I guess it might help the other two who qualify be seeded though?

Dynamo Kiev roasting Partizan right now, 4-1 after a very dodgy penalty call, has to be said.

Stojkovic has looked far from impressive tonight. I really hope his starting spot isn't cemented, cause he's still as error prone as he used to be.
