Lookout for Scott Cross! He is the future of English soccer! He plays up front for Northampton Cobblers. Born 30/10/87 and made his debut wen he was just 17 last year, coming on as a sub against Grimsby. Earlier this season he got his first start against Notts County in the LDV Vans Trophy and scored 1 and got 1 assist (shud of been Crossy's goal but Mendes stole it on the goal line and tapped it in!). Wen Calderwood finally gets sum balls he will play Crossy more often as no player has ever scored as many goals at youth level as the number 25 SCOTT CROSS.
BTW, I have been best mates with him since i was 13!

Funnily enough Derby have had a scout watching him play for the reserves recently!
He's told me that he will be discussing his pro-contract and Calderwood has told him that both Derby and Cardiff have contacted the club about his situation. Jus before Leeds' financial problems, he was offered a trial and he went ther and was offered a house and everything. Unfortunatley it didnt happen due to Leeds' financial woes, but may be it was a blessing in disguise anyway!
