He was below par last night, utter pish, all his passes were going
astray, it was like playing with 10 men with him on the pitch.

maintaining my contrary ways...I'll have to disagree and say Rooney was hard done by yesterday. I thought he positioned himself well, created danger a couple of times. Wasn't his fault he wasn't getting the service he should have. Both Nani and Ronaldo selfishly took shots on occasions when Rooney was in the clear. Still, his frustration seemed to get the better of him as the game went on...and I guess that's why he was subbed. If he could keep control of his emotions, he'd be a much better player.
Rooney below par...Thats what happens when you watch a game drunk.
Well he was invisible in the 2nd half, so was most of the offense.
We could get like 10 million or him :yuck:
Luckily I didn't have any to start with. And with that you've lost all credibility as a football pundit.

Oh well.... RIP Tinto 2001 - 2008.
Nani came on for Rooney, its impossible that Rooney was in a good
position and Nani was too selfish, that scenario defies the laws of
physics Sir.
