As you might have heard, Ruuds been appointed manager of Feyenoord and he'll take charge of the club next season :)

People here are saying that Gullit should do well since he has charisma in attracting players. and he works well with youngsters (Van Persie, a very talented but somewhat troublesome youngster being the guy he'll have to work with at Feyenoord)

I was just wandering what you all thought of him in his time at Chelsea. What did you think of his tactics? what formation did he play? and did he hold the dressing room in harmony at the Bridge?

Ruud is very underestimated as a manager.

He'll be good for Feyenoord, he's not bad at bringing through yung talent either. He likes attacking football, so people with speed and skill will be in his team. He can only get better, good choice IMO.

RUUUD - Plus you will see more people wearing fake wigs :). - Although he has cut his hair now, oh well.

Since you live in Holland you should know a thing or two about his coaching skills. But I bet he'll be impressive with Feyenoord and gets them back to the title chase next season.
