If I'm not wrong, he has a tattoe in his wrist with a heart where is written "R & D" (Ronaldo and Daniela) and when he scores the goal, he shows her the heart.

I'm not sure of this story though, a friend told me a couple of weeks ago. I didn't read anything about it.
