I didn't see it but the description below is from soccernet.com and now i just have to see it:

Nevertheless, it is unlikely that their defenders have ever seen anything quite so strange as the action perpetrated by Ronaldinho in the second half of the game. Picking up the ball just outside the Zaragoza area, he sprinted over to near the left touchline, taking the defender Cuartero with him. Turning to face his adversary, the Brazilian suddenly affected a trick o' the legs that will have the kids in the Monday playgrounds vainly practising for the whole of the dinner period.

Quite what he did is difficult to describe, but the movement of his right leg, bending to the right, the left, then back again in a sort of jelly-wobble flash, put one in mind of some of those moves Keanu Reeves tried out in The Matrix.

The movement of the leg certainly bore little resemblance to anything previously seen on Earth, and Ronaldinho may well have blown his secret alien identity. Cuartero was as baffled as anyone else, and simply froze in a state of perplexed immobility as the creature from outer space sped by and centred.

he can do all the moves he wants, but it doesn't translate to wins. it would be more special if he was going towards the net one on one and scored.what matters is the scoreboard, not the replays.

I've seen Zlatan Ibrahimovic pull that move better than Ronaldinho time after time...
Do you have any clips of that? I find that a bit hard to believe cause that one was pretty well executed but i'll wait until i see Zlatan's move... he's awesome.

and thanks to sukhjitsingh for Ronaldinho's move

That's right, in fact I always thought he came up with it cause he's the first one I saw doing it.

That dribble is nice but it's hardly a new thing, it has existed for decades. The biggest specialist in that move was Roberto Rivelino (Brazil's leftwing in WC 70).

That move is called "rubberband dribble". ;)

Bullshit nobody does it better then Ronaldinho!! ANd definately not Zlatan!!! Ronaldinho does it more natural, with a more elastic movement!! I don't think anyone perform's that move as well as him!!

Yeah, worked fine for me too.

BTW: I've seen Ronaldinho and Zlatan both do that trick many times and Zlatan really does do it more naturally - he kind of "puts more body into the move" and makes the defender totally go the other way

Heheee - i've practised it for about 2 years now and i can do it pretty well ;) (that is when no defender is trying to tackle or smth me at the same time :D). I've also had some embarrasing moments with this move - i've fallen on my ass several times while trying to perform it during a league match

That is funny. Anyway Ronaldinho does in this way and I have also saw him do it in a different way in a compilation video of him. Instead of going sideways he goes more forward.

If you look at Zlatan doing it though he can actually put the ball in the air and do it! It is really impressive.

Overall, Ronnie and Zlatan both have perfected the move and its to hard to tell who does it better.
