I didn't realise until he scored a great goal on the weekend vs numancia, that the left full back/winger, adriano correia, moved to sevilla in january.

Roma were closely tracking him and were close to signing him:

"Sevilla sign Brazil youngster Correia

MADRID, Jan 21 (Reuters) - Sevilla have signed highly-rated Brazil youngster Adriano Correia on a 5-1/2-year deal from Coritiba, the Primera Liga club said on Friday.
The 20-year-old, who can play either left back or left midfield, was a member of the team that won the World Youth Championship in 2003 and was also part of the victorious Brazil squad in last year's Copa America.

"He's a great bet for the future and we've been following him for some time," said Sevilla sporting director Ramon Rodriguez.

Correia, who is expected to arrive in Seville on Saturday, will join compatriots Renato, Dani Alves and Julio Baptista at the Andalucian club who are fifth in the Primera Liga, two points behind Espanyol.

Sevilla said they would not be exceeding the permitted limit of three non-European Union players because Renato is to be granted Italian citizenship before the end of the month. "

that's not really news, is it?

i watched Adriano against Barcelona and on several other occasions and he would have been the perfect player for our left wing.
