It's better to open a new thread for the possible trip to Austria/Switzerland. We could do our planning in here.

So far, we have:

Toon (Possibly)
Eclipse (Possibly)
Arionesei
Lupi (Possibly)
Rumaniac (Possibly)
Gica (He didn't reply yet, but if he doesn't come, we'll go to Spain and drag him all the way to the Euro!)

Problems to solve:

- Tickets
- Money (Individual case)
- Transportation to Austria/Switzerland
- Transportation within Austria/Switzerland
- Housing
- Food
- Coordination to get all of us together at all the games we plan to assist

Another idea!!!
Since Switzerland is the home country of good old URs Meier, somebody hold up a sign that says:

"Hello Mr. Urs Meier, we still qualified!!!"

i found somebody who can sell me tickets for the game vs Holland

they are quite expensive (250€, although comparing with other "offers" i got in the past months it's a bargain...) but i think i will take them in the end because you don't see often such a game at a EC in your life...

I found out today that my football team gets a 3 week break from the end of may until the end of June meaning I could still possibly go. I'm now excited again.

@Toonsie: you are a lucky guy that it's just a matter of time for you if you go to the games or not.

@forestasuceava: i can get 3 tickets for Rom-Hol. i don't know yet how many i will need but if i only need 2 you can have one.

Who is going to Euro 2008?

Hi All, I know I haven't been on here in ages, but just a quick question, who is going to see Ro play in Switzerland?

I finally got my tickets today from Uefa

...can't wait.

Let me know who else will be traveling to Zurich and Berne for Ro's games.

Btw - if anyone wants tickets my mate from Sydney is selling his, he has 2 tickets for the whole group stage, he is charging around $500 Australian Dollars for one ticket to one match. Let me know if anyone is keen.

hey guys, I didn't see this thread, I started a Euro thread in the other forums...

count me in too, I finally got my tickets today.

I arrive in Zurich on the Monday morning the 9th of June...I'll be dead tired for the first game after a 24 hour flight....the sacrifices you make for your team.

if anyone is keen for tickets, my mate has 2 x tickets to all of Romania's group stage games...$500 AUD per ticket, PM me. He said if he doesn't sell them before Euro he will be sending me the tickets to sell at the game.
