Massimo Moratti is believed to be interested in West Ham United youngster Rio Ferdinand.
The central defender has said that he wants to be at a club where he can win trophies and West Ham boss Harry Redknapp has publicly said that he may struggle to keep hold of the young star in the future.
Inter are reportedly confident that a deal can be done and they are ready to offer up to £12m for one of the most promising young talents of the continent.

12 million is a bit too much. Ferdinand is expensive due to his popularity throughout the continents, moretti should bye someone that is less famous and with less competition with other clubs such as milan or parma or lazio. Competing for clubs could raise a lot of unnecessary extra value to the player.

Players like Cordoba, someone we dont even know in the begining but will play his heart out and with consistancy and skill.
