I'm currently revising for my a-level in PE and i expect a few of you might be in the same situation. well, i guess i'll get the ball rolling with this excellent site i found about arousal and it's effects on performance;

have a look 'cos it's quite useful. if you can understand why you get nervous and how it effects performance you can learn to control it and improve your performance.
