Nah, seriously - he has been solid for us in the last two years and has played his part in our good form in the league and europe this season. He's still prone to the odd mistake such as against SK Brann at goodison, so I wouldn't rate him at the same level as Friedel yet.
He has a long way to catch up to Brad. Surprisingly to me he still hasn't got over his hesitations coming out for crosses or through balls. It seems to me that when he has to think he gets in trouble yet when he relies less on thought but reaction he can be unbeatable.
