Let me know what you think about it.
Welcome to the forum.

Although anyone could quibble* with your rankings, I applaud your efforts.

Do you lay any claim to being more accurate/realistic than FIFA's rankings?
----------------

* e.g., Mexico lower than Nigeria; France ahead of Sweden and Brazil, etc. ;)

Yes I would like to think that mine is more accurate than FIFA's (both men's and women's). That is why I started doing it in the first place.
Mexico haven't done well this year. They lost 5-0 to England in the Algarve Cup in Portugal. Nigeria who beat England (in England) on their last 2 meetings won the African Nations' Cup with relative ease last year beating Cameroon 5-0 in the final.
France who were lower than Brazil last year, have beaten Sweden, Norway (twice) and Denmark this year, whereas Brazil have yet to play.
I am sometimes surprised when I look at my rankings, but always find the reason when I study the results. If you find anything wrong please let me know. Thanks!

The latest FIFA ranking (June 24) has Germany back on top, with USA slipping to second place. The two were tied for first place in the March rankings.

Thay also have North Korea up to 7th place from 8th (lovemark has them in 3rd).

Canada has slipped 1 rung to 12th, after two lacklustre European tours., the high point of which was a 2-0 win over 5th place France.

France drops 10 points in the FIFA rankings, but holds its 5th place standing

Indeed North Korea is a very strong force to becken with! Their honour is well-earned; given more exposure they will even surprise us more :)

Unfortunately, China is on the downward slide with no light at the end of the tunnel :depress:

I hope to see Sweden ascend even further--well, give them time ...

Thanks lovemark for the information

Unfortunately it seems that women's football isn't yet big in Uruguay. They haven't played since 2003 when they lost 3-1 to Paraguay and 8-0 to Argentina.
isn't big in south america i guess
the u-20 team is doing better, they defeated argentina for the qualifyers last year.sadly they didn't make it to the wc,but at least one game won finally
