Yes the scores of the 39 round were:

So Santander picked up another point even thought they only drew at home since both Xerez and fifth place Oviedo (58 points) lost. Only 2 games remain.

If Santander win today against Murcia they will be promoted. Yesterday Atletico Madrid won 3-2 to gain promotion. Third place Recreativo won 2-0 but fourth place Xerez lost 1-2 opening the door for Santander. The table looks like this:

I don't see anything wrong with having 2 Israelis in the same team. Rosenthal and Hazan were in Watford when they gained promotion and it didn't seem to be bad. Now Bachar and Benayun can be successfull. Additionally, it is good to have someone you can talk to in your home language.
