if you want to customize your avatar, which site do you use to find small animations?

VL: Racisim isn't allowed in XT, please be aware that i have made the admins aware of your racist jpg and your racist comments in the Arabian forum.

I think of how I want my avartar to be, collect all the necessary images (mine's animated gif in this case) and edit them using Photoshop.
If the size is too big I just go back and adjust the variables to fit in...
