I picked up the 'game list' of proline at the local grocery store just for fun (I don't intend to bet , I never do). There are two 'cards' where you can bet on the WC golden boot winner.
Two names stand out because they are on that list 1 week before the WC but were not even considered by their coaches.
Geovanni Elber of Brazil and Javier Saviola of Argentina. It has been weeks (months in case of Elber) that the coaches said they weren't going to include these two guys in the NT.
