It would be interesting to see if when you try to bet on those two players the computer would accept your bet. They may have programmed the computer to reject them. But it wouldn't be a surprise if they haven't!
Pro-Line is for suckers, anyway. The odds they offer are ridiculous, and designed to provide higher returns to the government the longer you keep playing.
