An amazing game at stadio Euganeo of Padova for the quarter finals of the primavera championship between Parma and Juventus. At the end, the Gialloblu of Enrico Canatta won 5-3 scoring two goals and hitting the post once in the final 5 minutes.

Parma opened the score at only 7th minute with striker Ruopolo (0-1) only for Juventus to equalise with Frara at 23' (1-1). This was the result of the first half. As soon as the second half started, Guzman gave the lead to Juventus (2-1) but Parma replied with two goals from Porcari and Ruopolo again (2-3). Juventus retained their hopes at 85' with making it 3-3 with Frara again but Parma still had not said their final word. In the remaining 5 minutes we hit the post with Rufini and scored twice with Babagunde and Rufini going in the scoresheet.

5-3 the final score and the Parma primavera flys in the semi-finals. Our next opponent will be Atalanta which eliminated Napoli at the quarter finals. In the other semi-final Milan faces Inter. The game will be played at Monday 3rd of June at Padova.

Note that the coach of Atalanta primavera will be joining Parma next season to co-operate with current coach Enrico Canatta.

Very good news and I hope we can win. Looks like our Primavera are doing well and maybe a few future players coming through.

I'm surprised. I really didn't know our primavera was this good. They really seem confident and it's allways nice to see a Parmateam defeat Juve. ;)

Looking forward to seeing how many of the boys are up for it when they get loaned out to senior clubs. That's when you really notice if they are a hit or a miss.

But enough of that, and now let's see just how far this can go. :)
