Just wondering what people find most useful in terms of fitness work and ball work in training and pre-season? We've just started pre-season training this year and have 1 practice match a week, 1 session a week focused on fitness, 2 sessions a week focused on ball work.

What sort of drills etc have you guys found most useful, both in terms of fitness and ball work?

I probably make 3 training sessions a year :howler: I miss them all due too work.

Anyway my dreams of pulling on the black and whire of the Rams faded long ago so it's just the good ol pub league for me.

I go running in the week, and get down the park with my dog and a football to keep fit, does the trick, I'm fitter at the moment than I have been for ages, back in the days when I was a sports studies student.
