You'll be tied with us in 1st place heading into next weekend's classic with a win here. I'm sure the team will be motivated.

Bruno César handles the ball inside Benfica's box and the ref gives a freekick outside.

Normal stuff.

or this one.
23' Bruno César ao lado! Nolito lança Saviola na esquerda com um bom passe, El Conejo cruza e Bruno César, em boa posição remata à baliza. A bola parece desviar no braço de um jogador da Académica.

It was already more or less clear before last weekend's match with Guimarães but that game just came to confirm it: it is now strictly forbidden to any defender of the opposing team playing at Estádio da Luz to have a pair of arms. It is therefore asked to all the other 15 clubs competing at Liga ZON Xixi to start recruiting their defensive backline at the Association of Ex-Armed Forces Invalid Personnel.

Meanwhile at the opposing end, like we've just seen tonight, the arms and hands of Benfica's defenders are actually an integral part of their torso.

In Portugal we play by our own rules.

Oh for the love of God. Look, last week we had a legitimate claim, two of the three penalties in the first half were debatable. In this game, Benfica dominated from the first whistle to the last, and I felt the referee had a very good game. Nothing blatant was missed yesterday.
