Perhaps not, there are critical differences in the two scenarios. In barca I think the dutch players probably went there inspite of van gaul being there, not because of. Also, the level of antipathy towards the dutch players at barca, does not exist at arsenal, infact I think the french players are really quite liked...with a possible exception. Hardly suprising given that we know how good english players are.
