Just read on Yahoo!France Yahoo section that Manu Petit is gonna be officialised by Real the coming week!Is that true?If yes, that's great as he is a great midfielder!
Good buy Real!
Forza Magico Milan!
Hala Madrid!
Allez Les Bleus!
Arriba Espana!

P.S.Are we gonna soon see a French connection in Real? With Nico and Petit, the next and best one would be Zizou... :)

It will be decided very soon. It is a guarentee if solano stays at newcastle.

On the Solano side of things, this all depends on the action that Robson takes. If he wants to sell him he will go and if he wants him to stay he will stay. Solano has stated many times that he will only leave Newcastle if they want to sell him.
Petite looks set to leave Arsenal but Wenger has denied this. What this means is debatable.
I would rather buy a creative central midfielder rather than Petit. Redondo can play for a few more years and when he finishes the excellent young Cambiasso can take over,

petit will stay at Arsenal!! He just said a week ago that he will stay. Stay posting rumours and then making them sound like facts.

Let's hope this is a rumor, because this will mean just problems for Real. Two greats like Red and Petit at DM is nothing too great. What we need is a playmaker and I'm rather dissapointed del Bosque doesn't see this. If Petit comes I will have to change my opinion on Vicente, because it will simple be a fuc*in stupid transfer :( :( :(

Add Petit or whoever to help unchain Macca from defencive duties and you'll see poetry on the soccer pitch.

MACOCO's right. If Petit comes, he'll do most of the "dirty work" and Red will be free to play more creatively as an organizer, while Macca could be the Savio of the right wing.

My opinion is totally different. Petit and Red play the exact same style and all that will happen is both will be interfiering with one another. What will happen is we'll have the same crap midfield as Arsenal. The thing I always thought was bad down there was oth Vieira and Petit were DM and there was no support for the strikers :( We don't need that in Real.
