He has my support.

Too many people wanted a "big name". Instead we've got somebody that knows the club really well and - I believe - has the support of the players. That's already a massive improvement on how we started last season!

Plus if it goes tits up and we fire him by Xmas I imagine Javi Gracia will be free again by then - Russian clubs aren't exactly patient!

:D

Yea the players really showed their support for Pako with their displays vs Villareal and Sociedad. Pako comes out after and say that he couldnt motivate some of the players. In my mind that means they have zero respect for him and this will go tits up, just a matter of time.

Yeah I'll give you the Villarreal one, that certainly wasn't pretty. We were safe then and had nothing to play for admittedly, but it sure wasn't fun to watch.

Didn't see the Real Sociedad game meself.

I dont mind a shitty game here and there, thats just classic valencia but when he comes out and admits he couldn't motivate them, that for me alone rules him out as a suitable manager. I hope i'm wrong tho
