To buy fairly cheap talents, teach them until they become really good players and then either use them in the team or sell them expensively sounds like a pretty good plan to me.......
Our youth policy
Juve has come out with a new plan to get a great youth connection happening. In the news part of this site it has it and on the official website it has it as well. We already have Maresca, Rigoni and Guzman. Three young guns who should be featured more next season. But if we can get Cassano and a few others, we could build a great team for the future. This is a good idea. What do you think?
