Juve has come out with a new plan to get a great youth connection happening. In the news part of this site it has it and on the official website it has it as well. We already have Maresca, Rigoni and Guzman. Three young guns who should be featured more next season. But if we can get Cassano and a few others, we could build a great team for the future. This is a good idea. What do you think?

What you mentioned has always been Juve's transfer philosophy. I like it, purchasing young talents who actually will fight for their club. In a couple of years we maybe have 3 more Del Piero's :)

Yes , it's all right but there are one problem with this we must let to this talents to play not just in the primavera team . Rigoni is 20 years old and he still don't get minitue . I don't want that what happened to Ventola and to Pirlo in Inter will happen to them to . Inter bought Ventola and Pirlo but they sat almost a year in the bench and them ion the end of the season they left the club (Pirlo on loan) .
So the point is : Juve must let to this young talents to play I don't want that we will ruin this players .
We must to decide what we prefer A CURRENT stars (or good players ) or a future super stars. I prefer the second option

Well it´s Ûber Hawk Moggi who sweeps the italian youth market clean so no real surprise in that piece of news.

However it´s important to remember one thing - you can not predict how a player will turn out - look at Vieri who´s a late bloomer or Torricelli.

It´s decepting because Cassano had some great moves when Bari was loosing the games and he came on in as a sub and really didn´t have to take any responsibility and could only focus on getting the ball into the net. I´m not trying to take anything away from him but still there´s a long way from making the first 11 of a top Serie A club.

On the other hand you take on to many talanted youths you also risk of breeding them - letting them go and loosing them.

Still Juve are better at this then any other club so I guess you know what you are doing and the rest of us hate you for doing it.

It's right , but I don't talk that they had to play a full game in the 1st 11 but if we want to develop them we need let them to play 5-20 minute every game or every two games .

But the other question is : they all (Cassano , Brighi , Guzman , Rigoni) are raely so good? this is the thing that we need to check .

Juve and Parma are the ones with this youth philosophy. Tacchi is one of the examples for Juve. I really think this is a good plan for the future, but we should also buy some actual stars so that the young ones can learn from them when they are in the bench, and we are doing it with davids, inzaghi, dp, zizou, etc. But i'd like 1 or 2 more!
