Nice schedule, good chance to see some b-ball during the summer for those of us who will be there.

Top 2 qualify as well as the 4 best third placed teams.

Now give us your full analysis DZ and other experts. :D I see a fair number of younger players there like Nedovic, Musli, Andjusic, Jaramaz, Milutinovic, Lucic. Also slightly older newcomers in Dabovic and Jeremic.

Who's missing from the list except for guys like Milicic?

Novica btw very important for Real towards the end of the season. Good news for our NT as last year we missed him a lot.

What;s your guys chances of finishing first? Obviously pretty high, right?
Yeah, shouldn't be much of a problem with Krstic back now.

You guys should qualify comfortably, Kuzmic leaving the team is a big loss but with Teletovic and the really solid American you have a good team.
Don't forget Nihad Dedovic, he's been excellent in preparations. ;)

Btw, thanks for the responses guys. I'm surprised you didn't qualify automatically into EC 2013.
Yeah, he lacks a stand-out ability to me.

Btw congrats on your guys' first victory today against Iceland.
You guys lost by two to Montenegro. Still guaranteed first? :D
Here's the winning shot, very amazing and an unlucky loss for you guys:

Tanjevic is a turd. His latest comments insulting NBA coaches were another gem.
He insulted them because the jazz coach told Kanter he shouldn't come to play during these qualifications, which has been pretty costly for Turkey. I can see where he is coming from.
Yeah, but Sac - didn't Tanjevic say that more or less all NBA coaches (minus a couple) are idiots and have no idea about basketball? :D
True, true. :D He was probably letting off steam.

Let's be honest, most NBA coaches would be doing better with Turkey, so.. :pp
Probably around 90%, especially if you look at our preparation matches results, everything going fine, so i think it will stay that way. And we dont have hard group.
Not to mention that while we were undefeated in our prep matches, our captain and probably best play - Krstic - didn't even play. He's expected to be back and ready to go come the qualifiers.
Yeah, shouldn't be much of a problem with Krstic back now.

110% we qualify first even if our players played with one hand behind back
:howler:
I'm not sure what's so funny about those comments, Sac. I don't think anyone expected us to play this poorly. Yes, we've had made injury problems, but that's still no excuse.
My bad, I didn't mean to click on howler, I missed the eek one. :D
Congrats on qualifying.
What's the difference between 2nd and 3rd anyways - iirc the FIBA ranking is what matters anyways in the Euro draw, no?
It's the Eurobasket qualifiers record that matters.
No doubt the easiest group.
Agreed.

Hopefully Duda makes the necessary adjustments or we might not make it out of the group.
I'd say Group A is the easiest with only France having a guaranteed round two spot, whereas Lithuania and you guys have a guaranteed spot in this group. Add that with the factor of Crna Gora playing tremendous in the qualifiers...
So, it seems like you guys are going to lack big man depth at the Eurobasket? Hopefully Teletovic and Sinanovic can take advantage of that. :pp How do you guys think you'll do at Eurobasket?
And so will Teodosic play despite injury? I would be fun to see him and Wright go at it. :D
