Argentine & Parma star Ariel Ortega's manager Caliendo said: "AC Milan come and get him !" in an interview to the Italian press yesterday night. He also added that Ortega must stay in Italy.

" In Argentina, press and fans compare him to legend Diego Maradona, he can't move to some other league, here in italy we have the best league and we can't lose a talent so big like Ortega. "

" I can tell to Berlusconi (AC Milan Chairman) that he loves nice football and talented players, to come and get him. "

Wasn't he going to be used in some trade for an Argentinan player ?

he wont screw up MIlan. In Milan he will be used in his true role, not like in Parma. When you see him play for Arg, he is fantastic, but he doesnt play like that for Parma because he is used in the wrong position.Milan could use this guy now that Boban is retireing.

He always plays well for Argentina and he always screws up for his teams.He screwed up for Valencia,Sampdoria and Parma.Its true that when he plays at his true position he is the best,unfortunately for him this position exists only in the Argentinian national team.He will never be able to replace Boban as he was never able to replace Veron,why? he is not a play-maker.

Ortega isn't a playmaker. It takes a lot more than what he's got to play that role, namely a little bit of strength. Poor guy goes down when it's too windy, I guess it's good for winning free kicks, but he won't be doing what Boban does at Milan.

I actually agree with AMOROSO!!!!!!!!!!!! If he couldn't fill in this year for Veron, what's to say he's gonna do it next year for Boban?

He cnt be used properly at ny team besides Argentina.In Parma he played behind Crespo and Amoroso,what else could we do? sorry we dont have a Veron to make the game and and Almeyda & Simeone running theirr asses to mark everyone.No team has that so no team can actually afford a player who gets the ball,runs past few opponents,doest mark,doesnt pass and generally does nothing to help the tem ply.He is extremelly gifted and talented but he has no position at a team besidews Argentina.Thts why he weas everywhere a failure.
