Does anybody know, where I could download the Spanish song for the WC2002 in MP3 format? It is from Operacion Triunfo and the title is something like Vivimos la Seleccion (I dont speak Spanish).

You could try going to the Diario AS or MARCA website. I am sure they would have it somewhere. Not sure why you would want anything from Operacion Triunfo but to each their own I guess.
