In the recent history? No, of course. In the modern football it's hard for a club to keep one player if he is good (above all for Toro) and if he is not good he is sent away.
The so called "bandiere" do no exist any more. Maldini and Baresi were/are "bandiere" of Milan, but it's easier when a club is one of the best and richest in the world.
I think that one of the last "bandiere" of Toro has been Renato Zaccarelli:

Ferrini, of course. More than 400 games in Toro.
I believe Maroso, too, Pupi ended his career with Udinese so he wasn't a bandiera in that way, but inside he was more than that!
Others? I can't recall... maybe the Martins.
