I saw the Estonian NT on Arlanda Airport (Stockholm, work there) on their way to Oman. Asked one of them what team, and he said Estonian on their way to Oman game. Looked so young I assumed they were U21 or such. Wished them luck, were acting like they dont need it hehe.

well i can tell you this whole squad has produced only 6 international goals between them...the only somewhat exciting player is a forward called Anier who isn't even starting today.

the whole squad:
GK
Artur Kotenko (20.08.1981) - FF Jaro (FIN) 25/0
Stanislav Pedõk (06.06.1988) - Tallinna FC Flora 0/0

defenders
Alo Bärengrub (12.02.1984) - Nõmme JK Kalju 38/0
Ken Kallaste (31.08.1988) - Nõmme JK Kalju 0/0
Igor Morozov (27.05.1989) - Tallinna FC Levadia 14/0
Taavi Rähn (16.05.1981) - Tianjin Songjiang (CHN) 68/0
Tihhon Šišov (11.02.1983) - Nõmme JK Kalju 37/0

Midfielders
Ilja Antonov (05.12.1992) - Tallinna FC Levadia 0/0
Andre Frolov (18.04.1988) - Tallinna FC Flora 0/0
Gert Kams (25.05.1985) - Tallinna FC Flora 23/1
Sergei Mošnikov (07.01.1988) - Pogoń Szczecin (POL) 10/0
Karl Mööl (04.03.1992) - Tallinna FC Flora 0/0
Eino Puri (07.05.1988) - Nõmme JK Kalju 3/0
Martin Vunk (21.08.1984) - Panachaiki FC (GRE) 49/1

Attackers
Henri Anier (17.12.1990) - Viking FK (NOR) 2/0
Siim Luts (12.03.1989) - Tallinna FC Flora 6/0
Ats Purje (03.08.1985) - Kuopion Palloseura (FIN) 39/4

Flora is the only club in Estonia with a good youth system, they've been responsible of developing most of our internationals and several other Premier League/1st div clubs in Estonia are also part of their system.

in this squad there's nobody who is good :D the goalkeeper Kotenko actually was our 1st choice keeper many years ago and looked like a promising player but then he went abroad to weak clubs and dissappeared and better keepers like Pareiko took his place.

Paul le Guen sitting on Oman's bench...I never see the point of getting a world class manager for a huge amount of money to coach a bunch of talentless plonkers.

I wouldn't call Le Guen a world class manager. Did well at Lyon when the club was going through its golden period, but since then has failed everywhere else.

If Oman are outplaying Estonia, though, maybe he's doing OK here :D

Two late goals by Anier and Kams give us 2-1 victory...not bad. The match itself was garbage though.
