they belong to the Antlers the biggest club in J-league. ZICO is the general adviser of it.

actually Ogasawara got offers from Perugia and some european clubs not long ago.
i think Motoyama would definitely succeed in europe but the Antlers won't let them go at the same time cuz they are both key players in their team.
