Sometimes, when the linesman focuses on the passer making the pass, the receiver is still onside. But, after the ball has left the passer's foot the receiver is just starting to beat the offside trap. The linesman then moves his eye towards the receiver and calls that an offside. Subtle time lag.

Sometimes, the defenders and strikers move in opposite direction.

Sometimes, the linesmen look at the offside line between the defender and the onside striker 'at an angle', especially when there is no difference in lawn colour to rely on.

Except the 3rd situation is correctable, offside is so hard to judge. Any way to improve?

I dont feel there is any solution. extra technology will not happen for years, and neither will more officials. All the authorities can do is attempt to imporve the standards of linesmen.
