O'Leary in move for Ole and Rio
By Ivan Speck
Leeds manager David O'Leary has made an audacious double bid to sign West Ham defender Rio Ferdinand and Manchester United striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Both offers are believed to be worth £10million, with the Ferdinand deal involving three players moving in the opposite direction - defenders Michael Duberry and Danny Mills, plus midfielder David Hopkin - and West Ham receiving the balance in cash.

The move for Solskjaer is a straight money bid as O'Leary attempts to carry out his promise of strengthening his Leeds squad for next season.

Although neither bid is likely to succeed, the moves are indicative of the ambition of O'Leary and Leeds chairman Peter Ridsdale, who now fear that they will miss out on a place in next season's Champions League.

I really dont' think this will happen, especially for Rio.

But who knows?
What do you guys thinK?
