I had the same problems my friend lol!
What i was told is that to buy tickets you have to be a season ticket holder but i'll give you the number anyway and you might get lucky coz they said any tickets that dont get sold will be released to the general public...
The number is (Including Dialling code) 003493-902-18-99-00
Opening times are...Monday to Thursday 9am to 1:30pm and 3:30pm to 6pm
Friday - 9am to 2:30pm
Saturday - 9am to 1:30pm (Only on matchdays at Camp Nou)
