Ajax might be looking for a temporary striker for the second half of the season because Zlatan Ibrahimovic is likely to undergo an operation.
Do you think Wenger would agree to loan Kanu to Ajax if the Amsterdam team came knocking on Arsenal's door?
Kanu knows the Ajax system well, is kind of the same type of player as Ibrahimovic, and at Arsenal the Nigerian primarily sits on the bench I believe.

If Wenger doesn't sign any strikers in january
DEFINITELY he'll keep Kanu
we have no other strikers and AW pressed on Kanu to keep him in Villa match and maybe M'boro carling cup match to not go to ANC

but If AW sigend any other striker
maybe with Alis return and DB10 getting fit

if we sold him the fee would be minimal because he is about to play in the African Nations and his contract is up in the summer so you can sign him on a pre-contract anyway.

so whatever fee paid would just secure him for an extra three months.

i don't think Kanu would agree to a transfer to Ajax as he would be able to ask for more wages on a Bosman.
