Norwich are facing up to an injury crisis, with a groin injury forcing Phil Mulryne to join Gary Holt (chest) on the sidelines.

Striker Leon McKenzie (back) is rated as only 50-50, while Damien Francis and winger Ian Henderson are both out.

Bolton midfielder Kevin Nolan is pushing for a recall to the side after scoring twice for the reserves.

But they are without El-Hadji Diouf who is suspended, while Ricardo Gardner and Khalilou Fadiga are both missing.

Norwich (from): Green, Edworthy, Doherty, Fleming, Drury, Jonson, Safri, Helveg, Bentley, Svensson, Huckerby, McKenzie, Charlton, McVeigh, Brennan, Shackell, Jarvis, Ward.

Bolton (from): Jaaskelainen, Hunt, N'Gotty, Jaidi, Barness, Giannakopoulos, Campo, Speed, Okocha, Nolan, Pedersen, Davies, Poole, Hierro, Ben Haim, Ferdinand, Cesar, Vaz Te.

A very tough fixture ... which I think we will lose :frownani: :scared: as Bolton are a nasty side to play against :irritate:

Simon Charlton could be recalled after injury to face his former club - but apparently Doherty will play :googly: :irritate:

and it will have to be Helveg and Safri in centre-mid ...

Norwich City 3-2 Bolton

Svensson(20 & 84 mins)---Okocha(19 mins)(pen.)
Huckerby(69 mins)(pen.)--Hierro(23 mins)

 what a fantastic victory especially as other results pretty much went our way too! :D

I really was surprised that we managed to turn it round - even though we are very much a second-half team for some reason :googly: :D

Bolton took the lead after Doherty hand-balled a longthrow into the box :rollani: which Okocha then converted :(

But the lads hit back immediately with Matty Svensson heading home a Bentley cross   and Matty was booked for his celebration :rollani:

Unfortunately the joy was short-lived however as Hierro rose from a corner to nod in at the near-post :depress:

So Worthy's lads went in 2-1 down at the break ...

In the second-half the Canaries turned the screw and deservedly equalised thanks to a Hucks' pen  after Speed tripped Bentley :D

Then later a superb cross-field pass from Bentley found Matty Svensson again who headed past Jaaskelainen  with only 6 minutes left on the clock :D

Matty Svensson!!!!!!!!!!! :D
