No move away from Anfield

Parry rules out move away from Anfield
Liverpool Football Club's Chief Executive Rick Parry has ruled out the possibility of the club moving away from Anfield.

Mr. Parry: "We are not leaving Anfield - it is not an option. We are looking to stay and we are looking to expand - that is a priority. We can find the capital to invest in the stadium because that doesn't come out of commercial deals. If someone says what is the ultimate capacity at Anfield, who knows? If United are at 68,000, we have got to compete - if United are at 120,000 we have to compete with that."

There is no start date for the new development which Mr. Parry hinted could take up to three years to complete.
