Babb has the credentials to be a very good player but has never performed well consistantly for the pool. He is fast and showed that he is willing to give his nuts up for the cause (did anyone see that incident - funny!!).
I think that all he really needs is to get away from Anfield and start affresh. He was awesome for Ireland in WC 94 alongside McGrath and will be a good buy.

Determination?? - did you see the game versus Man U where he went sliding in to the post full pelt, boll*cks first. He was trying to stop a goal and I think that that was a sign of determination. Give the guy a chance.

I didn't mean to say he isn't brave. I mean he's not committed enough the whole 90mins, like Pearce, Adams or Jorge Costa.
And you must admit he lacks concentration as his many blunders have shown.
