I was surprised that there's no Marseille forum at this site. L'OM are Frances' best supported side, so there at least has to be one dedicated to Marseille!!

Firstly what is happening at Marseille? Their millionaire Adidas president Dreyfus( soory for the spelling!) will leave in the summer and be replaced by a journalist! Will this lead to another disaster?!

and why is Bernard Tapie worshiped by L'OM fans? His presence surely hasn't benefitted the club!?

and thirdly why did Marseille suddenly loan about twenty players this year? What are out of form players like Olembe doing at the club?

and last but not least who will Marseille purchase in the summer? surely not a whole load of players from their nusery club, Standard Liege?
and will Phillip Troussier or anyone famous become L'OMs new manager?

I would love a forum for every "big" french team but as you know we are not so very many french at this internet site.
we have some few regulars like Lili, San_Siro , Stéphano, Hypno and now Patrick (+ me Leboeuf ofcourse)...
it´s sorry that we don´t have fans for every team so we can hold big discussions about Marseille, Bordeaux, Lyon etc etc to!

Bernard Tapie is like a god for many OM fans, he can get many good players to the club and is a very strong charachter!
there is also people that thinks he is wrong man for the job and this time he doesn´t have succed with Marseille. but in the early 90 he was doing a very good job for the club (exept the fixing scandal in 1993...)

I agree with you on cameroun international Olembé! I don´t think he is a player to put any money on...but the players OM bought from Liége isn´t bad at all! Belgium defender Van Buyten is by me a very good defender that should be in teh starting 11 for Belgium in Japan! , Joseph Yobo the young nigerian is also becoming a quality player. The Croatian keeper Vedran Runje has been 1 of the best players for Marseille this season!! SO the buying from Liége was only good!!

I'm not a fan of Marseille nor do I like them since they are my favorite team Paris Saint Germain's anemy and dark rival but i think that having a Marseille forum would be alright if you guys get more members, i mean PSG has more fans and our forum is doing good but we'll eventually need to recruit more Parisians.

You've got my support if that's what you're asking for, Wally. Oh yeah, Marseille do have a few players i admire, to name a few there are Andre Luiz, Van Buyten and as much as i hate to admit it i hate this guys guts but he's deffinately a good player, Frank Leboeuf.

But my overall fave of Marseille is Wilfed Dalmat. isn't he on loan to you guys or is he officially a Marseille player?

I don't think there are more PSG followers than OM followers around here. There are some people around XT who do want a OM forum

Once again the ref was against L'OM!!!!!
Two red cards!!!!

How many strikers does L"OM have? One week they have Bakayoko and Alfonso, the following week Fernandao and Rivera, then Sakho . I wonder who will be leading their frontline next season?!?

and will any well known players be heading to the Velodrome in the summer or are we really bankrupt?

Furthermore two more things that actually have got nothing to do with L'OM but I'll mention them:
- Where will Lyon's Sonny Anderson be going? (heard that he'll be leaving)
- What is Lyons Luyindula like?

Believe me ... this has a lot to do with l'OM

... same with De La Pena at Lazio by the way :stuckup:

Wally, Pegguy Luyindula is a very good talent a is a attacker to watch out for, there is a very hard competition for places a the Lyon attack with S.Anderson, Née, Govou and Luyindula.

anyone remember his goals in the Toulon tournament some years ago vs Mexico?? they where pure quality!!!!

That`s how my intresst in OM started. A favorite club of mine. I actually asked Jan about OM forum for a long time ago. Be he thought then that there weren`t enough fans of OM to create one.
