Not good news for Dino Zoff after the Monday morning training. Two players had some troubles and reached Paolo Maldini in the injury list of Italy.

Mark Iuliano, central defender, had a shorter training in the morning for a problem with the right calf. Andrea Ferretti, medical staff chief, explained "The player felt this pain when he woke up today, so we preferred to keep him a bit more rested. But he is not in doubt for the semi-final"

More serious it seems the injury who hit Luigi Di Biagio in the middle of the training, when he got an bruise in the left ankle after a match clash with Francesco Totti.

Testes showed the player had a sprain, and it's not known yet if he will be available for the match on Thursday. Di Biagio was the most probable candidate to replace Antonio Conte, out of Euro 2000 for ankle's ligament break.

About Maldini, who is celebrating his 32th birthday, he didn't train on Monday, and he is still doubtful to join the team which will face Holland.
