Through a phone call on Friday, Adrian Mutu said he will
accept the transfer to Verona in the next season.

The Romania international, should have in this way the
chance to be a starter in a Serie A club, after he was
very near in previous weeks to join Reggina, or to move to
Turkish club Galatasaray.

Mutu joined Inter last January from Dinamo Bucarest, but
in six months he collected just ten Serie A appearances,
mainly as substitute, without goals.

The agreement between clubs will see Verona to pay 8
billion lire (euros 4.1m) to jointly own the forward: a good
deal for Inter who signed the striker for 5 billions lire
(euros 2.6m).

So loaned or sold. i'd rather see him sold, because he was great at EURO 2000 and it's a pity he would wwaste himself at such a crap club like Inter:(

It doesn't matter if he's loaned or sold. Because Inter won't bring him back for at least 2 years. And he would have to be amazing for him to come back to Inter. Just look what they've done with Kallon and Ventola.

By the way, Verona is in the UEFA Cup, right?

I'm not sure if Verona is in the UEFA cup, but I didn't think they were.

Whether they are or not, I think it's better for Mutu. He's still young, better to play for Verona than to watch at Inter, don't you think?

This way he'll develop and then move either back to Inter, or to another big club.
